Your GoDaddy email is a custom domain email address linked to a Microsoft 365 business license, so it's considered a work or school account You would need to set up your Azure account, set up your Azure AD, put the user there and configure all of the group policy, etc , so that you can add this work email via Settings > Accounts > Access Work

Once the domain is added, each user can set up mailbox names using the com domain It's important to note that you don't need to switch your domain hosting service to GoDaddy You can still use your current provider with your Microsoft 365 Family subscription

I am trying to set up a ‘personalized email address’ to send email from my custom domain name via Microsoft 365 I transferred my domain to godaddy as required and completed the instructions as per the microsoft page ‘Get a personalized email address in Microsoft 365’ I am able to enter my domain name and follow the steps

I can login to login microsoft com with the same e-mail and password without an issue I contacted GoDaddy and they said it was a Microsoft issue OS is Win 11 Pro The main goal is to have the Admin account as administrator and the user account as a standard user This has been an issue since GoDaddy switch to O365 for e-mail

The premium feature on Office Home 365 allows me to use my own domain - there's a wizard that should add the TXT and MX records to godaddy automatically and as far as I can see, MS changed the DNS records on my domain Nothing is happening afterwards though and I can't set up e-mail adresses with my own domain Any thoughts?
