Also tried already everything from reregistration of the camera app to re-installing drivers etc But, I found the solution (for my laptop at least) at another topic Apparantly, the camera is physically not good attached, so I pressed everything around the camera itself, and it fixed the problem! I hope this is going to fix your problems too!
