I've switched over to Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, and I can log into the bank site through those browsers, by entering a username and password I don't use Edge for this, since it won't work In talking to online bank staff, they tell me that they are advising customers to use other browsers until and unless this is corrected by Microsoft

My bank website I've been using and accessing for 3 years on this same PC suddenly stopped recognizing my device about 4 months ago I have to get an access pin text to finish logging in I spoke at length to the bank tech and we could not find anything on their end I check the box "remember this device" every time, but it still happens

I use Chase Bank online services and it worked fine with Windows 10 Until I upgraded to Edge Now it asks about every 3rd time to verify my identity I called Chase support and they told me Microsoft Edge does not support their banking apps Is there a reason for this?
