192 168 42 1 is the IP for the router When you log in you're logging into the router's wifi settings and should be using the admin password for it - that's not the same as the password to access the wifi on your device Unless it's been set by someone, I believe the default admin password for the router is simply 'admin' (no quotes)

It should be by default, but if it's not, check it and click Save Settings Then click on Parental Controls Again, I'm not on my HughesNet right now so I can't do a walk through of this, but if you click on Add Rule it should give you a bunch of different options After setting up your options you can click on Save Settings to save them
