I used control panel add or remove a program When I tried to uninstall an old program it opened the uninstaller and completed the uninstall but still left the program on the list I eventually realised that I needed to make the uninstaller unfindable

Hi team, I am unable to uninstall or remove a program from my system I have tried to do disk cleanup, chkdsk r, sfc scannow, windows updated to all latest updates, defrag the drives (which I already know won't help but still did that), searched in complete C drive but unable to find the program

I found my way to this page because the add or remove programs part of settings immediately quit, on both copies of Windows 10 that I had updated to build 1903 Your Powershell script fixed one machine but not the other I sent in a screen recording of the incident happening, maybe Microsoft will have other suggestions
