I noticed their Customer Service has been outsourced to India So far, my experiences with them have been ok, although their English is rather stilted If I need to talk to someone from the US, what is the fastest way to get in touch with their US support?

My account was randomly locked on Nov 23, with no notification When I logged in, Amazon asked for some supporting documents for my most recent purchase, which I submitted right away I never heard back from an account specialist, aside from an automated email saying my account was in a “temporary hold due to unusual activity” and that I needed to login and provide some documentation

Why is Amazon blatantly lying about damaged or used goods when the items I sent back were still sealed in original manufacturers packaging? And the end of the email they specifically said " However, the number of refunds for items received in a damaged condition in your account exceed the expectation " Damaged? These items were factory sealed!
