On the machine: To cancel the print job from the control panel, press Your machine's display will read "Cancel Printing, Job Cancelling" until the job is cancelled Macintosh Users: For printing from within iPrint Scan, press the Cancel button within the application if it's still trying to print Windows Users: 1 Open the Printers folder 2 Open the Print queue: - Windows 7, 8, 8 1, or 10
