I still think the ramen toppings is a great idea, but the sea food (baby shrimp dehydrated and imitation crab) was a bit of a miss, for me personally Ramen Bae, if you see this, I’d suggest focusing on flavor enhancing in the direction of spice or umami Really don’t want to hate though I’d love to have a number of people tell me I’m

- Ramen Bae Review : r ramen - Reddit
On the Ramen Bae toppings: My only real gripe is the shrimp; they wouldn't rehydrate well, and always tasted weird and were rubbery The bean curd looked peculiar as well, but tasted fine The squid is barely noticeable as far as flavor, but doesn't rehydrate well either

As others have mentioned, Ramen Bae costs about the same as this for a 14-ounce bag, and it's tailor-made for instant noodle applications Their Veggie Mix especially is my go-to, but their other varieties have merit too They also just announced a kimchi mix and an enoki mushroom mix on their Facebook
