Windows normally offers a Save as option every time you download or transfer a file from Internet or via Bluetooth If you did not see the Save as prompt when the transfer got completed, those files will usually reside in a temporary folder by default

The one thing I've still had trouble with is Bluetooth; throughout the day, my mouse and keyboard would randomly drop, then reconnect, then drop, and so on ad infinitum until a reboot I found running the Bluetooth troubleshooter to be useless - or less than, as the Bluetooth radio often would refuse to turn back on afterward

On the Bluetooth other devices tab on Settings there is no option toggle to turn Bluetooth on or off My mouse is still listed there, but it says Bluetooth is turned off On the Connect button on Notifications no Bluetooth devices are listed, even when the mouse (or other devices) is discoverable
