Santander online banking is down this morning There have been multiple reports on downdetector co uk and on the Santander X site Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine I can concur with that having just logged into the app

Santander online banking is down this morning I have been using the app (old one, and the new Beta version) without issues all morning Santander is my hub account for many regular savers, and for shuttling money to and from accounts that need minimum monthly deposits

Santander has gone for speed of login and scarfised some security All that is required is your user ID and you 5 digit security number plus sometimes OTP sent to phone (online banking) Once app is setup only requires 5 digit security number

Having a issue when I login opens on the account page OK but once I attempt to navigate anywhere it brings up screen online banking not available Sometimes if I click on the back arrow it does take me back to the accounts page

I have been logging into my Santander online banking on a daily basis for the last 4 or so years Never had a problem I use Chrome, Safari and IE I'm not checking the MSE forum every day but I don't think anyone has reported problems similar to yours in the last several years either

Hi all I'm trying to open a Paypal account linked to my Santander bank account but it's asking for the address of my bank on the direct debit form I opened the bank account over the phone to bank online and whilst I have a card, account number and sort code, I have no address details

I have used santander online banking for a couple of years without problems The log in process has two stages 1 customer ID input with a tick box "remember me "2 memorable word and memorable number ,,,,,no tick box

I first found about this mid April23, the payment limit only applies for online and mobile banking and Santander say " it let's you the customer control how much you can send from your account in one transaction from your personal accounts" Payments made on your card, in branch (if can actually find one), by telephone banking aren't included
