Thanks, i've done that and sent it off Hopefully there won't be a problem I've had no issues with myhermes thus far Don't really understand why ebay doesn't list it as a delivery option tbh though It's just RM or Ebay couriers (who don't operate locally)

I offer both MyHermes and RM and at the moment my prices are £3 for MyHermes and £5 60 for RM and I have had one person opt for RM so far Interestingly there is another thread today where a seller has received a comment saying postage was expensive, because they opted for RM when MyHermes would have been half the price

In the Ebay help section it says I have to use an Ebay approved courier but they don't say which they are I use Myhermes parcel shop service however currently I have to choose Hermes 3-5 days service when listing as Myhermes aren't even down on their choice of postal options Can I use Myhermes with click and collect?

I contacted myHermes "Customer Help Service" to complain and spoke to someone who was obviously speaking from India Pakistan First, they said it had been delivered; then they accused me of the creating the problem; and eventually after 30 minutes they admitted the mistake and promised to refund the money

Hi,Did you find out how? I've sent almost 50 Parcels with MyHermes but am now going to close my account They do not cover damage to electrical items, however they do throw parcels over 1 meter high walls into customer's gardens I had two parcels damaged in one week and can not operate a business with such terms and conditions

Hello I have just used a MyHermes Parcel shop for the first time to send some eBay items and instead of a printed receipt with tracking number, etc (which I was expecting) they gave me a standard MyHermes pre-printed card which they wrote the number of parcels and the date on I queried this and asked whether they could give me a proper tracking receipt but they just looked bemused and said

Over the course of the next few weeks they repeatedly keep telling me to wait a further 72 hours and then mark as solved 4th December I raise a claim for missing parcel (insured to correct amount), declaration completed and signed by recipient myHermes keep telling me the form is incomplete, keep asking things like "we need more information as it’s not complete please mention delivery
