- Get started with Google Business Profile
With a Business Profile on Google Maps and Search, you can: Maintain accurate information about your business online: Provide your business hours, website, phone number, and location so they’re visible to customers on Google Depending on your business category, your location can be a street address, service area, or place marker
- Edit your Business Profile - Google Help
Select the category that best matches your business All locations of a business must share a “Primary category ” Choose a category that's as specific as possible and representative of your main business If you select several categories, the category in the first field will be your primary category You can select up to 9 more categories
- Verify your business on Google
On Google Search, search for your business's name and city or my business On Google Maps, search for your business's name and city In the Google Maps app , at the bottom right, tap Business If you have more than one business: At the top, tap the Down arrow Select the business you want to view
- Add or claim your Business Profile
In the search bar, enter the business name and city To claim the Business Profile: On Google Search: Click Own this business Manage now On Google Maps: Click Claim this business Manage now To choose a different business, click I own or manage another business Select a verification option Follow the on-screen instructions
