- Share SharePoint files or folders - Microsoft Support
Select a file or folder to share On your SharePoint site, go to the library where you want to share files Pick the file or folder you want to share by selecting its circle icon

There are two ways to share an item from a SharePoint library or your OneDrive: In List view, hover over an item row or select the checkbox next to an item, then select Share In List or Tiles view, select an item row or tile Then, select Share from the command bar above the files view

If you've already saved a file to SharePoint or OneDrive, you can use these steps Open the document you want to share Click File > Share > Share with People
