OK, it sounds like you are having trouble setting up a connection to your account at Lincoln Financial Group I don't have an account there, but I went through the Add Account process for a 401k 403b account and specified Linclon Financial Group as the financial institution I got to a screen where it asked for my account there Did you get

Hi, My wife has a 401k through Lincoln Financial Group I was able to add the account under investments --> 401(k) through direct connect, however, it is showing the account balance as $0 and not downloading any of the investments (it has been like this since i tried setting it up)

If I enter "LFG" or "LFG com", I get nothing If I enter "Lincoln" or "Lincoln Financial", I get Lincoln Automotive Financial Services" I only get Lincoln Financial Group if I enter the entire string in the search box, and it doesn't show other "lincolns" to choose from LFG apparently has a direct connection, but it doesn't do me any good

We have a new annuity with Lincoln Financial We were able to set everything up with the Mac version of Quicken Updates work with no issues Using the Windows version is another story With the Mac we selected Lincoln Financial Annuities as the institution That is not available on the Windows version

I just set up a new Lincoln Financial Group account using Quicken Connect and the "Lincoln Financial - Retd Services (66371) FI Authentication works, the account is found and displays the correct balance but when you continue and complete the account setup, the balance displays as $0 00 - same a last year

I talked with Quicken and LPL Financial IT Department Both says it is not a software problem but a subscription problem I went to a link on the Quicken site: Which Banks Are Supported in the latest Release of Quicken? I took me to Intuit page for MAC and it shows LPL Financial!! but my Quicken software does not show LPL Financial

Thank you guys for responding To answer the question about both accounts being with the same login credentials, yes, when logging directly into Lincoln Financial website, both accounts are accessed through a single login I created a test file and when adding Lincoln Financial to that file, the same thing happened, only one 403b account populated

When I looked up the financial institution, it looks like there is a connection that might work: Lincoln Financial Group Click the Advanced button and make sure Direct Connect is selected Then click Continue, follow the prompts, and see if it will let you connect

This is NOT a Lincoln Financial Group problem, it's a problem with QUICKEN mapping displaying the balance after downloading transactions successfully from Lincoln Financial I disconnected mt account and set uo a new one downloading transactions from LINCOLN FINANCIAL RETD SERCVIECES using Quicken Connect
