Our Benton facility features 17,000 square feet of space devoted to helping you reach health and fitness goals Members enjoy 24 7 access to a clean, safe, and secure environment This state-of-the-art facility includes over 30 cardio machines with a cardio theater, as well as free weights and selectorized machines Members can take advantage of services like a variety of group fitness classes

Visitors to our Murray location will not only have 24 7 access to a clean, safe, and secure environment, but also 15,000 square feet of well-equipped fitness space, featuring over 30 cardio machines with cardio theater, along with free weights and selectorized machines Our schedule of group fitness classes at this location includes multiple options each week, and we’re pleased to offer
