- Whats the best place to order auto parts online in Canada???
Most here recommend Rock Auto, and to add I recommend Auto Parts Way Only thing with Auto Parts Way (Canadian website btw) is that you get free shipping and handling if your order is over $100, but the shipping process is really quick via UPS Two business days Most of the times they have cheaper parts I ordered my rotors and pads from Auto

Depends For GM parts, gmpartsdirect com and gm parts giant are a bit cheaper than RA They don't ship to Canada though For some GM larger more specialized parts I actually go through a GM dealer in the US or a contact I have in Texas, yes they are cheaper than RA And waaaay cheaper than Canadian dealers

The shipping cost doesn't really bother me I look at the total price The parts on Rockauto seem a bit cheaper than locally, but then you have to pay shipping In any case, Brembo and Centric parts from Rockauto were less than half than buying OEM, and better quality than anything aftermarket I could get locally

- Best place to order parts? ie. Cheaper alternatives to RockAuto.
Rock Auto's designated shipping courier to Canada is FedEX, the most expensive courier company I bought 5 LED bulbs pack (2) back in March, the 3 price shipping options (2 FedEx), I picked the cheapest one takes 5-7 business days still cost me $30 USD (came in 2 days) and I'd rather RA charge me $3 extra using a bubble envelope to cutdown the cost!!

Ended up getting thus particular part fm the dealership in Canada… less headache even if a few $ more expensive (since no shipping cost and on the way to my monthly Costco runs LOL) Amazon Canada is cheaper for rotors in my vehicle (includes shipping costs) relative to wrenchmonkey, parts avatar, Rock auto

I find with RockAuto buying a pack of 6 filters etc is usually the best I'll stock my filters for a year or two for all the vehicles here from them usually, or wait till I need other parts like brake pads etc though you do need to move stuff around pick different items to get them shipped from the same place to save shipping costs at times

Both are different packing and both are missing parts (the part numbers are the same on each package) I can combine both to make 1 complete kit Wonder how rock will deal with it I forwarded off a pic to them but it just says replacement on its way and can take up to 2 weeks
