I have win 10 and I downloaded Netflix app from MS Store There is no download option I know that there r some movies don't have download option But there is no download option below any of the

Referring to Netflix's website, here is what it says now To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Android phone or tablet iPhone or iPad Amazon Fire tablet Google Chromebook Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience

It mostly happens when I play something on Netflix (for a couple minutes) and then pause After a couple of seconds of pausing, it usually starts To fix the issue, I have to close Netflix and then reopen it The issues stop as soon as Netflix is closed I don't know if this is an issue with my hardware, drivers or Windows

And the Netflix App audio option, by default it choose the 5 1 audio, as seen in the image below: Now with the latest version (August 2024) of Netflix app and the latest version of Edge Browser : when I open latest version Netflix app, there is no 5 1 audio option in the Netflix App audio setting at all, it's just stereo

Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible
