My Lvl 19 scion can main tank Kingmaker on core easily and hit >70 AC and that's without the Scaled Fist dip In WotR if you want to use spellstrike at all, you will need to invest in Spell Penetration and spend a mythic for ascendant element to cover Shocking Grasp (and other spells you may want to throw around)
