Audio Ducking is supposed to lower your background noise while you speak bc it detects your voice as closer louder but since FaceTime uses your speaker, Audio Ducking is detecting the incoming audio from the other person as closer louder bc the speaker is right next to the mic detecting your voice as the “background noise” thus muting
