Why push the issue by sending a huge group of people? They say its legal, they prefer concealed but did not say you could not OC, simple as that I have never had an issue OC there in the multiple times I have gone Why try there hand at seeing how creative the legal department is Call it a day

Over the years, the Louisville Zoo has claimed at different times that they were private property, that they were a school and that federal law allowed them to ban guns KC3 confronted them on each of these points The Zoo was never willing to take their ridiculous arguments into a courtroom I have OC'ed and CC'ed in the Zoo on several occasions

The family and I went to Binder Park Zoo (Battle Creek MI ) this weekend It is a great zoo and we gladly make the drive I had not OC'd there before but was not concerned as I OC everywhere allowed by law (I have a CPL) We entered and looked around as usual and then boarded the tram to the "Wild Africa" section of the zoo

If the zoo is owned by the city, county, or state, state preemption does not allow you to be prevented from carrying in a lawful way However if it is a private business, it is their rules and you can be removed and trespassed (Just CC if this is the case) lol, I'll do the "I am not a lawyer" disclaimer now I am not a lawyer

it is hereby declared that plaintiff zoological park subdistrict of the metropolitan park museum district (saint louis zoo) fits within the definition of one or more of the gun free zones listed in the carry staute, specifically subsections (10) and (13) of 571 107 1 rsmo, and the zoo's designation as a gun free zone prohibits vistitores

Yet one would think that since the Zoo has claimed, presumably under RSMo 571 107(1)(13) that the entirety of the property is a “gated area of an amusement park” (my bold), in order to disallow concealed firearms that that information would also have been presented to, or offered by, the Zoo’s legal counsel That takes care of my question #4
