In St Lucia we would have felt more comfortable leaving, but at the time guests were mandated to stay on the property unless on a COVID-approved excursion (we did leave for two excursions - a hike and a sunset cruise) Short answer, yes I find Sandals resorts to be incredibly safe, but obviously crime can happen anywhere
- Sandals Resorts vs. Secrets Resorts? - WeddingWire
Both Secrets and Sandals are adults-only resorts When both are in the same destination, go for a Secrets resort However, if you are seeking specific accommodations like a cottage with your own plunge pool, then Sandals is a better fit for something that

Went to Sandals in Negril, Jamaica last May, and we will be going back in April Everything about it was amazing The food is so good and I love that most of the activities are all included as well (which you can't say for all resorts) It's also adults only, so you don't have to worry about dealing with other people's kids, which is a plus!

- Sandals resorts. Yes No Overrated? - WeddingWire
Sandals is the only all-inclusive that I've been to but H and I both loved it and said we'll go back The drinks were great (loved not having to even put a room #), food was wonderful, beaches nice, rooms were clean and well stocked
- Sandals Alternatives? | Weddings, Planning | Wedding Forums | WeddingWire
We were looking into the same thing - there is almond bay resorts on st lucia that offers all inclusive, and rendezvous resort also And I think its coconut bay too I have been looking on cheapcaribbean com, and also funjet com - which offers better pricing than going through resort itself Those sites also offer sandals at a better price!
- Sandals Resorts- Making dinner reservations in advance?
When I went to Sandals back in 2007 (??? maybe 2008) - we called the resort directly and made all of our reservations before we left the mainland
