If your account is instead connected via Fidelity - Investments Retirement Accounts then, yes, that connection supports only Simple Tracking Another thing regarding Simple vs Complete Tracking when adding a new investment account to Quicken: Go to Edit > Preferences > Investments > make sure the box is unchecked for Default to Simple

No, DC alone is not the problem Per the posted Alert there are at least some FIs that offer both DC and EWC+ (which Fidelity Investments does indeed support now via the Fidelity - Investments Retirement Accounts FI… not sure about Fidelity Net Benefits) and when DC is deactivated the DC connection cannot be reestablished

The value is wrong in Quicken and has been since they introduced the "upgraded connection" to Fidelity Because of how Quicken made the Fidelity connection work, it is not possible within Quicken to adjust the balance or add transactions to these accounts That is because Fidelity accounts only support "Simple" investment tracking
