Hi I frequently find the BBC iPlayer app will not load properly through Sky Stream I click on it and can usually sign in then I often get a blank screen rather than the menu or the program I am trying to watch loading Sometimes I can't get as far as logging in I've tried refreshing the apps on my puck but they it doesn't help

Note that Sky+ Sky+ HD hardware cannot host any apps, including iPlayer As @caesarome indicates, channel owners have to offer on-demand content to those (now rather old) boxes differently For iPlayer itself you'd need Sky Q, Sky Glass Stream or some other modern app-hosting device

How does the iPlayer app output via the puck compare to the iPlayer app output via your LG OLED? Are they similar? If your puck is set to output 2160P then try switching it to 1080i and see if the image quality improves when playing HD content on the puck's iPlayer app Doing this will make your TV do the upscale rather than the puck

When exiting IPlayer which is still in the UHD version and switching my TV and Stream box off (standby mode) and turning both back on again several minutes later, If I select any BBC programme ( e g Eastenders ) from the continue rail on Stream, I can see that IPlayer is only showing HD content only for all programmes again and if I select any programme that I know is in UHD, it only plays the
