Ages ago - i used winrar via WINE But i have not needed it in years Most all of the archive GUI tools are a front end to the CLI archive tools, if you install the rar cli tools (install the non-free packages of them) then the GUI tools should handle rar files by default Not really much of a need to specifically use winrar
