Arnold Clark have a similar service whereby you pay up front for 1 or 2 years warranty Out of the two, Arnold Clark look best If work does need to be done under warranty with Cinch etc, how does it work and do you guys have any experience with these newish companies As they seem the easiest and most convenient way to buy a used car

Arnold Clark has taken over that part of the market by selling nearly new cars at the best price for years now, it's kind of obvious that using that business model once someone like that saturates the market they can start to name their own price We've used Arnold Clark before, only got money off because we bought the service package

Definitely They wanna sell me the car they bring it to me (or at least the local dealership) or they don't sell it I've heard lot of bad things about Arnold Clark and sharp practices, and they are named shark on here so I doubt very much I'd ever buy from them anyhow This sort of thing just confirms it

I bought a used car from Arnold Clark on 25 June On 20 July the turbo broke causing damage to the intercooler and EGR valve Arnold Clark have yet to authorise the repairs but now want the VW franchise garage (where it was sent by AC because their own garage couldn't fix it) to remove the EGR valve so AC can collect it, 'clean it' and return it to VW to refit

As it stands i do not believe Arnold Clark can supply me with a logbook, showing a service at 12,500 miles, and a further one prior to me buying the car at 22,000 miles I would not have bought the car if I was aware it would not be supplied with a log book
