Hello everyone, I have a 1999 Explorer Sport with the 4 0L OHV engine (Vin X) 2WD I'm just in the process of recharging my AC system with one of these AC Pro kits that has a cheap gauge on a can and a little thermometer for the vents The three main questions I have at the moment are

Folks, It's deathly hot and my AC only blows warm air I had it upgraded to the new standard about 5 years ago I bought a "ReChill Kit" Auto Air Conditioner which says "everything you need for colder air in 10 minutes" Sounds good When I go to attach the pressure host to where I think is proper connection, it does not appear to fit

HI There, I have a 2003 XLT I have everything ready to go, however I do not want to connect the can to the high pressure side to find the can I have does explode I see there is a fitting just off the compressor and then I see a fitting on the canister on the passenger side Just wondering if

The compressor now stays on and the pressure with the compressor running is about 39 PSI with an outside air temp of 76 degrees F The Air now works inside the truck and it definately cooler inside with Air set on Max and the climate controller set at 65 Degrees F Thanks again to everyone for all your help It was an easy fix and only cost

Problem is the air is not blowing as cold as it should, it still gets cold but not Icy, has been about 4 or more years since I had it refilled My thoughts are that the freon needs to be recharged? Last time it was recharged was when the dryer unit was leaking and had to be replaced with a new one, I think that was in 2003 or so
