My girlfriend just got a Mobile Hotspot from US Cellular and when I connect to the internet with it, it has fast enough speeds, but when I run uTorrent, I don't get the speeds I ran the speed test on uTorrent and it tells me that my port is not open I went to portforward com to look there but didn't find the answer

Hi everyone! I already wrote a post some days ago, because I though uTorrent-Web didn't work I thought that because I can download only little torrents, even if I know I have some space to download movies (I already downloaded some movies, and putted them on an external disk)
