That difference can be down to even, say, Dropbox putting a "tag" in a file header Whether it's about the last time it updated a file, or even scanned the file Which is not a change you or I would ever see But is something Premiere is aware of And therefore, as the file header data has changed, Premiere rewrites it's data accordingly
