I would probably uninstall the product and re-install using a customized msi using the Adobe Customization Wizard Make sure to enter serial # and click "Grant Offline Exception Disable Registration "

What I’ve done in the past I used the the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit to suppressed the Adobe Sign-in requirement I got the instructions from the Dell link below But now this method does not seem to work for Acrobat 2020 I changed the LEID to 20 but it does not work Example; Any help on how to suppressed the prompt sign-in requirement?

For some reason the the suppress sign-in in Acrobat option in Acrobat Customization Wizard doesn't seem to do anything Still prompted for logon when Adobe Acrobat is launched If you close the logon window the application will exit All other options we have used customized with the wizard are working as intended
