MBNA seem to cycle their offers, I get them every few months on average, but I can go six months without an offer I currently have Balance Transfer and Money Transfer, both 5% fee then 0% interest for 12 months, but a few weeks ago they were both 18 months

I have been trying to contact MBNA for a week now at various times of the day, the only option is their telephone number, i go through the process putting card number in etc only to be told at the end they can't answer my call and i can use contact option in the app (can't find it) then the phone cuts off

Got this from the horse's mouth today: the MBNA website is on 2 different servers - wwwa mbna co uk and wwwn mbna co uk This means if you type in www mbna co uk the top address field will default to either wwwa or wwwn Both sites are genuine and secure Mirror sites (also genuine and secure) are: www bankcardservices co uk www mbnanetaccess co uk

Never seen this before! I've got a balance on an MBNA card, made a payment on it a couple of days back and the statement was expect to be produced yesterday When I look online it shows that there was an April statement produced on 19 4 but beside that it says "No account activity No statement available "
