Your achy shoulders could have been caused by riding your road bike on gravel trails, especially considering the 25c tires If your frame fits wider tires, I think it's worth considering going with 28c or 30c instead I ride a gravel bike with 35mm tires and while I am a bit slower on paved roads (2-3 km h on average), I feel a lot more

I run and bike to stay in shape; not too hard core Mostly run and bike on trails, not roads Around Redmond, WA (East of Seattle) I picked up a Garmin Edge 530 and Forerunner 45, Garmin chest strap heart rate monitor and also have an iPhone I want to do a bit of tracking miles logged, calories burned, steps, heart rate, track and plan routes

I use the FX6 for mainly road riding but have used on some dirt trails between roads with no problems The FX6 is so amazing and fast, however I enjoy being able to use both bikes for all riding and the DS4 will suffice for now until I purchase a 3rd bike being a MTB, I'm using it similar to a X-country MTB bike, nothing to technical but I feel

Not for hard out trails we ride on Will still use my Giant Reaign 26 dual for those Looking to get a Giant Trance in January the Trance is a very capable Trail bike from what I hear from friends, good choice!
