Nvidia reflex just kills the frame render queue buffer, while "+boost" forces your GPU's maximum boost frequency in order to reduce render times (im not talking about the main render time between frames, 17 6ms for 60 fps but the time between its rendering and reaching the monitor for a single frame)

I'm genuinely surprised that this is the result since I play apex legends with reflex boost enabled and love it, but I play at 2k for apex and 4k for overwatch TLDR Frametime consistency was better for me without reflex at 4k max settings, but most people who play competitively are going to tell you to use lower settings to push more frames

Hey Mac, "Ultra Low Latency" in Nvidia control panel actually gets completely overridden by Nvidia Reflex - meaning they have no effect on each other when both enabled Reflex takes priority overrides since it's basically just an enhanced improved version of the old latency reduction Hope that helps!
