The address was absolutely correct It is ridiculous the shipping times out of Germany also SO IN CONCLUSION, you will get good prices from Motoin de, but it will take a long time to get the item and don't count on being able to return it!!! Has anybody had problems with their deliverys from motoin de ? A few of us in Australia have not received goods ordered in late October I ordered a pair of boots on 28 October and their website says they were sent on 2 November but they have not arrived in Australia

Latest update After 3 weeks with the package still listed in Frankfurt, and multiple emails and a phone call to Germany, DHL said that the package had been transported to JFK airport (New York), but they claimed that the tracking would still show "Frankfurt" until it left customs in JFK (I've never heard of anything like that in over 25 years of shipping to from Europe)

I ve tried to get motoin do something but even under euro consumer law their not playing ball They so far are stone walling Euro rules are if you sell on your website it gets damaged then the store has to take it back and refund you or send your another one I asked them to provide shipping but they didn't respond

Motoin may have carried forward the XWED2 weight on the listing though, yeah On the Nexx site only the Wild Zero are listed as “Pro” despite the stickers No clue what’s going on, and that guy on YT never updated with a reply from Nexx on if the Keyo and Zero Pro Wild Pro are the same shell or not
