Resolution - on the Zoom add-in (within outlook), go to "Settings" from the drop down (instead of new zoom meeting) and then sign out sign in from the settings tab Once you sign back in, the issue is resolved (at least with my Outlook O365 Mac)

If it is working fine in Outlook on the web, you may disable Zoom meeting add-in and re-enable it again to check via going to New Outlook>Settings>Calendar>Customize actions Once re-enable it, please save the settings and restart your New Outlook to make a test again
