Halifax statements go to Digital inbox are like ones you get in the post, you can choose how you want them e g monthly yearly etc, You can order a paper copy if needed £0 (£5 for extras or if u receive paper statements)

Does it need to just be Halifax? If you are starting out its good to open accounts with other banks building societies to gain experience Its easy to open them online For the £350 - £400 a month 1 or more regular saving accounts might suit you best because they pay more interest

As mentioned before, Halifax automatically opens their everyday saver (ES) when you open their Regular Saver (RS) If you close the ES but keep the RS, upon maturity the RS itself turns into an ES I have checked on my ES, and I am able to add an external payee - so I believe you would be able to move pay out money at the end at the end

OK I am being crazy now I had a payment method setup but I must have deleted it Setting a new one up, but I always remember putting my roll number into the reference box, but for the life of me I now cannot find it on my Halifax account I assuming that because of the Lloyds merger Halifax no longer need them, but I want clarification before!

Had 2 texts claiming to be from Halifax from +447723190392 Claimed there was a declined payment on my Halifax debit card, and quoting the last 4 digits of the card followed up by a call to my mobile and on my land line from 03330459573 with an automated message claiming to be Halifax Fraud Dept
