I have done the following to attempt to fix this: Headphones-turned on and off several times Computer Bluetooth-turned on and off several times, plus reset the computer Ensured "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC" is enabled Uninstalled and reinstalled all relevant drivers through the Windows driver manager-reset computer
