Do note, there are infact 3 places where ARK takes its settings from; the 2 ini files you mentioned and the bat file you started your server with Changing breeding settings and adding mods should be straightforward, just make sure you separate the mod IDs with commas If you need any help, feel free to ask!

Then relaunch fortnite and your game will launch in Dx11 You will come to a window asking you do you want the best settings for your game (I can't remember the exact words) but select No and it will go into the game Then when your in just go to settings and change your settings manually Turn off motion blur etc etc

Whenever I try to change my Fortnite settings, they just don't get saved and then I found it was an issue related with GameUserSettings ini The thing is that file doesn't exist I think that it got replaced by other files with no text in it
