Search for earlier posts on this message board, you might come across the one I posted My experience: The shop agreed to replace my flexible steering coupling when i brought it to their attention - it's a known issue and Kia issued a technical service bulletin outlining the procedure and saying how they will fix for free (at the time, not sure now) ONLY IF the customer complains of the issue
