Step 1 the blog script can't bring the Exchange services, so I bring the service up manually (refer other running server and check every single service ) Step 2 uninstall the WINDOWS update (2025 Jan) and reboot Step 3 Install the EXCHANGE SU (Exchange2019-KB5049233) and reboot Step 4 run windows update and reboot
