Well I just found a temporary solution I use a Quest 1 and my girlfriend told me about the meta quest app and I should try to launch games through that and it actually worked So if you own a meta quest try it It worked for me atleast for now when steam finally fixes SteamVR in the first place

Unblocked those (htc_rr and gamepad support) and restarted and I got error 301 again And looking deeper into the logs, it looks like it might be an issue with config steamvr vrsettings
