Sounds like you need EDD tech support Their number is 855-327-7085 I ended up not needing to call them, but I too was having issues Don't know if this will be informational to anyone, but here's what I went though and how I solved my problem So recently, I received my nice new EDDCAN so I could register UI online Or so I thought
