No it is not possible, because codeblocks uses wxWidgets wxWidgets uses as many default controls as possible and also the default colors This is only true for windows osx On linux the gtk theme could be changed even per application

More but it's a detail, for 32 bit Windows versions, files on sourceforge contains the string -32bit- (as the link) but not the name of the file displayed on the download binaries page
