- What does 3V3 or 1V8 mean? - Electrical Engineering Stack Exchange
Some parts of the world (Germany for example) use a comma to separate the integer and fraction digits To avoid ambiguity in international situations, some people now put the letter for the units where the decimal point should be So "3V3" really means 3 3 Volts and "1V8" means 1 8 Volts
- mosfet - Switching 3. 3V with 3. 3V signal - Electrical Engineering Stack . . .
The ESP32C3 has a battery input and a regulated 3V3 output, and the DFPlayer takes 3 3V power, so that would seem to be a straightforward way to power the circuit However, I've read discussions (1, 2) that the DFPlayer draws 20 mA even when idle I'd prefer not to drain the battery so quickly, so I'm trying to find a way to gate its power
- For 3. 3V microprocessors, whats the best way to power the gate of a . . .
\$\begingroup\$ You ask this as if there's one-size-fits-all solution to this Well, there isn't If there was no voltage but the 3 3 V I'd make a charge pump (possibly using one of the uC's outputs as a clock for that) to make the 10 V Feed that 10 V with a resistor to teh MOSFET's gate
- led - Resistor requirement for 3. 3 V supply - Electrical Engineering . . .
\$\begingroup\$ All powers sources have a service or assistance if this was a lithium ion battery primary cell you can apply it directly if this was a computer power supply you may need a resistor of about 1 to 10 ohms So that the voltage drop across the resistor is your current and the resulting voltage matches the LED specifications
- Whats up with the operating voltages 5 V, 3. 3 V, 2. 5 V, 1. 8 V, etc. ?
Integrated circuits seem to have standard voltages of 5 V, 3 3 V, 2 5 V, 1 8 V, etc Who decides these voltages? Why do smaller devices require lower voltages?
- logic level - DHT22 issues at 3. 3V - What else could I try . . .
Meaning at 3 2999V it won't work Where is you 3V3 coming from? What is the impact of the votlage drop along the cable to the DHT22? How stable is the 3 3V rail? In simple terms: you're complaining it doesn't work when you're operating it right at the lower limit \$\endgroup\$ –
- voltage - Why does USB have Vcc=5V and high=3. 3V? - Electrical . . .
Information taken from here and note that where it says 3V6 it actually means 3V3 For high speed USB systems the voltage levels are smaller: - As you can probably tell the transmit logic levels have nothing really to do with either 5V or 3V3 logic systems
- Can I power an ESP32 through the Vin pin?
