I have same issue Outlook immediately stopped an outgoing email with "554 5 7 1 [VO-1] Message blocked due to spam content in the message " It is not remotely spam It is a simple several sentence email to our attorney No attachments, no links, no CC's, no BCC's etc Just a basic text email to one person

I just set up a new pc with Office 365 and Outlook won't send email - keeps giving error: 554 5 7 1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied I check all the settings, including port numbers and I have also checked the option that out going SMTP requires authentication etc My old pc has exactly the same settings and sends email with no problem
