The area is approximately 11 acres, which I think is enough space for a Sesame Place The only obstacle would be the flag pole, which they can build around, since I doubt that they would re-locate it due to being there since SWSA opened I think 2026 will be when we find out if a Sesame Place San Antonio is happening or not

Some projects that I think will be a good fit for the park are: the flying version of Manta (it would be the first flying coaster in Texas), a surf coaster, a complete revamp of Bay of Play to make it like Sesame Street Land at SWO (if they are not planing on making a Sesame Place in Texas), or a complete revamp of the Orca Stadium
