Thanks for your reply Regarding the download links for the manual software updates -> the problem in my case was the opera browser I could download the files without issues with Microsoft Edge Anyway the manual firmware update doesn't help either It is stuck on 0 % and failing after a couple of minutes

If you have installed the version for Mac, the ASTRO Command Center will automatically prompt for an update when available upon opening the software If you have installed the version from the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 or 11, the Microsoft Store should automatically update the software in the background to the latest version
