In copying the pst to the Outlook folder (whatever you mean by that) did you overwrite any existing pst? Within Outlook, File>Account settings>Data File>Add then view the data file via the outlook tree view, ensure the view is for all files Or follow the procedure outlined in the second paragraph of the response

What type of email account do you have configured? Account name field is usually the name that shows up when you view the account list, not your email disaply name
