FedLoan transfered your loans to Aidvantage since they got out of the Student Loan game at the end of last year Late January is when people who had accounts with FedLoan were finally able to access their Advantage accounts I had to request my refund again from Aidvantage as my request with FedLoan didn't transfer with my account

AidVantage account went to $0 balance as of last night All other info about the loan including all my prior payment history is gone $196k was my balance BUT the balance still showing up on studentaid gov account

Aidvantage only allows manual pay unless it is in repayment (after graduation) This is absurd and seems to be done to make it difficult and forget to pay, which accrues more interest

Why Aidvantage didn't call you instead of sending a letter about what to do with the payment is also strange You'll just have to wait til morning to get it sorted out unfortunately

From what I've seen with prior Aidvantage online payments, if you paid online on one day, the payment should show as applied sometime in the night evening of the first business day after the payment date
