Hey there, so the way Ankh works is with all the incoming heals, for example, any healing ability that Is sent to you by a healer, Vg, or Flail, if the healing ability it's from you it's not considered incoming because since it's from you it's outgoing, another healing that it's considered incoming is Shirking Heals because when you dodge an ability the heal comes Lifestealing used to work
