Step 2 -I added as a new Outlook account my email that is the email used as the MS365 account which the New Outlook is part of It immediately created the email account, no issue Then I went back to Accounts in Settings in Outlook and selected Add Account and typed in the Comcast net email, leaving the settings as recommended
